If you are positive you have an account, but still didn't get an email, contact SNworks support. Please keep in mind that SNworks will not create accounts via the support system.
Your account may not have CEO access. First, try contacting one of your administrators and making sure that you have access to the "CEO Users" group.
If your account is set up correctly, but you still can't get in, contact SNworks support.
